Munholland Methodist Church Safe Sanctuaries Policy
Munholland is committed to help people Connect with each other, Grow in their relationship with God, joyfully Serve, and courageously Share the Gospel in the name of Jesus Christ. We pledge to conduct this ministry in ways aimed at the safety and spiritual growth of all who come under our care. This Safe Sanctuary Policy is designed to protect children, teens, and other vulnerable persons who participate in any ministry of Munholland.
In order to be a leader or assistant in Munholland’s ministries, you must read the entirety of the Safe Sanctuary Policy and sign the Safe Sanctuary Covenant Form. Those working with Children and Youth are also required to fill out the Background Check Form. The Covenant and Background Check forms can be filled out and signed online (see below). We are using Adobe Sign for Small Business to keep the information secure. Another option is to print, fill out, and bring the forms to our church office. We will not use any of your information other than to clear you for ministry at Munholland. The Background Check form and result will only be seen by our Safe Sanctuary staff person unless there is something that Munholland leadership is required to follow up with.
We ask that outside groups that enter Munholland’s facilities, fill out the Outside Group Covenant Form and Safe Sanctuary Background check form.
