'God is Excited About You!'

ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.” Did you catch that? Right after saying that we are “saved by grace”, Paul goes on to say that we are “raise up with Christ”, and that he wants to show off His grace as expressed in His kindness to us. 

You are not stuck in your past. You are saved by grace!

You are not just forgiven. You are raised up with Christ Jesus!

You are not disappointing God. He wants to show you off to the world!

God is excited about what He is doing in and through you! Ephesians 10 says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” God created you for a great future of doing good. He wants you to thrive as a human being. That is why He has prepared amazing opportunities for us to join Him in His marvelous new creation.

Always remember that God doesn’t hold you to the past. God leads you into a bright future where you will thrive by doing His good works that he has already set up for you.

As a mentor of mine said to me, “Life is good and getting better all the time!”
